How will I receive my goods?


Once you order has been received, the goods are packed in either bubble wrap, cardboard or strong plastic and then shipped in an Australia Express satchel or box. You will not be able to feel the goods inside the bag, box or satchel.

How discreet will the package be?


There is no mention of VibratorsAustralia on the package. Only our PO Box is on the front - which is PO Box 9, Mosman Park, Western Australia 6912.  As already mentioned - the package is a plain Australia Express bag or satchel……no dodgy brown boxes!

How quickly will I get my goods?


Once we receive the order by 3pm WST,  we aim to ship the same day by Australia Express Post.  We ship to all over Australia.

What if I want to return my goods?

Vibrators Australia source good high quality products from reputable manufacturers. Should you receive a product that you deem to be faulty, please return it to us UNUSED. We cannot accept goods that have been used, due to the nature of the products we sell. Once we have received the goods back at our offices, we can ascertain if the goods are indeed faulty. We reserve the right to replace the goods with the same product. Refund of monies is strictly at our discretion. Lastly, please ensure that you change the batteries,  as this is the major reason that goods do not work!
